Plain Markdown. Set like a report.
Agents already write Markdown. Dossier takes it as it is and gives it a title card, a contents list and a house style for every part, in the theme you pick. The doc below is a real one, with made-up numbers: scroll it, or read what the agent wrote.
# Nine ports, {{one schedule}}
In October every port still kept its own berth plan. By December all nine read the same one, and missed berths fell by **38%**. This is what changed, how we did it, and what comes next.
## What changed
Before, each harbour master planned in a spreadsheet and called the next port when a ship ran late. Now one plan covers every berth, and a delay shows up in every port as soon as it's known.
- **One plan**, read by all nine ports.
- Delays flagged before the ship leaves.
- Crews see changes on their phones.
## The numbers
| Port | Missed berths, Q3 | Q4 |
| --- | ---: | ---: |
| Rotterdam | 14 | **6** |
| Antwerp | 11 | **5** |
| Gdańsk | 9 | **4** |
| Six other ports | 31 | **20** |
> For the first time, Rotterdam and Gdańsk argue over the same plan.
## How we rolled it out
### Two pilot ports
Rotterdam and Antwerp moved first, in October. Each imported its calendar, and the plan merged them overnight.
### Then the other seven
The rest followed in three weeks. Every port reads the same feed:
```yaml
berth: R-14
vessel: Nordic Star
eta: 2026-12-04T06:40
status: delayed 2h, swap offered to A-03
```
## What's next
- [x] Swaps agreed by phone, in five ports
- [ ] Swaps agreed without a call
- [ ] Billing on the same plan
---
Questions go to the operations team. The port-by-port numbers are in the Q4 deck.What Markdown gets
Nothing new to learn. The usual Markdown, read more carefully.
A title card
The first # heading, on the theme's cover colours, with the gradient phrase if there is one.
Contents
Built from the ## and ### headings, beside the text on a wide screen.
Tables, quotes, code
Each with a house style: numbers aligned right, quotes set apart, code in the theme's mono.
Task lists and rules
Checkboxes for what's done and what isn't, and a line between parts.
Figures
